Child Pornography Find Leads to Arrest of Clifton Man, Sheriff Berdnik Announces

PATERSON, NJ –A Clifton man was arrested and charged with three counts each of maintaining, distribution of, and possessing child pornography Thursday after an investigation by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crime Against Children Task Force.

According to Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik, detectives received information about an individual distributing multiple images of child sexual abuse, via the Internet. Detectives discovered additional images of child sexual abuse that were distributed through an alias e-mail account, belonging to James K. Delillo Jr.

In addition to the arrest, detectives seized electronic devices pertaining to the investigation from the suspect’s home that will be searched for additional evidence as the investigation continues.
