(Passaic County, New Jersey) – The Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders continues to offer free mobile testing to all Passaic County residents. Today, the County announced their October mobile testing dates.
In addition to Passaic County’s mobile testing program, the County also continues to offer free at-home testing to all county residents. Both the mobile and at-home testing programs are conducted using a saliva test, administered by Vault Health.
“It’s important that we continue to offer free testing to our residents. While we’re glad the number of positive cases is low in our county, we want to make sure we take every preventative measurement possible to continue to keep those numbers low and prevent a possible second wave. Every person in our community matters, and along with social distancing and using caution, we want to ensure residents have access to free testing,” stated Freeholder T.J. Best.
The mobile testing operations will be conducted in various municipalities throughout the month of October. Residents will receive free testing, with proof of residency. Prescription and insurance are not required. The October mobile testing schedule is listed below, no appointment necessary*:
