PASSAIC COUNTY PLANNING BOARD COVID-19 UPDATES

For the remainder of the year, all Planning Board Meetings have been rescheduled as virtual/remote meetings and will be held via video/teleconference using the Cisco WebEx application. Instructions to access and participate in the meetings will be regularly posted on the Passaic County Planning Board website. For each meeting, a link to the submitted application materials for each application on the meeting agenda will also be posted to the Planning Board website. For assistance in accessing any of the advertised meetings through the virtual meeting platform or by phone please contact Department of Planning & Economic Development staff at (973) 569-4040 or pcpb@passaicountynj.org.

Beginning Monday, August 3, Planning Board submissions must be provided through both physical and digital transmission. Two signed and sealed copies of all surveys, plan sets, and technical reports, and a signed application form, must be submitted to the Department of Planning & Economic Development offices at 930 Riverview Drive, Suite 250, Totowa, NJ 07512. All surveys, plan sets, and technical reports must also be submitted in PDF format either through digital transmission or on a CD. All digital transmissions shall be emailed to Senior Planner Jason Miranda at jasonmi@passaiccountynj.org and copied to Planning Director Michael Lysicatos at mlysicatos@passaiccountynj.org.
